WebSure some may end up enjoying it but GW2's combat fundamentally doesn't really support that style of play. Adding a wack-a-mole class now seems majorly out of place. WebYeah. I've spent the beta playing as Specter, Virtuoso, Mechanist, and Untamed. Mechanist and Untamed I've had a good amount of fun with, especially mechanist. Running full signets, celestial+beserker runes it's been able to easily deal with everything in the open world I tried, and the auras from the mech both damage and barrier are a huge help. I would say its by far the best spec for soloing difficult bosses. Power Thief took a massive nerf with invigorating precision so all that's left really is condi d/d builds, p/d deadeye, or spectre and spectre deals more damage and deals it easier.
