I also have a 1080 thats a bit overclocked and my i7 7700k @ 4.9ghz is running at about 70% with frames locked to 100fps (I have a 100hz monitor). In theory, even with 80 people online streaming 1080p30 YouTube videos (8Mbps per video, 640Mbps worth of bandwidth total), that's still leaves OP with 40Mb worth of bandwidth or 240 times more than the minimum required.
